Our opportunities are available exclusively to wholesale investors – experienced individuals or entities who meet the criteria set out in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (FMCA). Wholesale investors don’t receive the same disclosure and protections as retail investors, but they do gain access to high-value opportunities that are usually out of reach to the general public.

Our Process.
1. Connect
Subscribe to our newsletter, or sit down with our team for a chat. We’re always keen to share what we do – and more importantly, to understand your investment goals.
2. Enrol
If an opportunity catches your eye, get in touch to register your interest. We’ll provide the information memorandum and all relevant due diligence documents so you can review the details.
3. Assess
This is your opportunity to weigh your options. We encourage you to ask any questions you may have, and seek guidance from your advisors to help make an informed decision.
4. Apply
When you’re ready to move forward, simply complete our application forms (as required under the FMCA). If you’d like a hand, our team is here to guide you through every step.
5. Accept
Congratulations! Once approved, we’ll send a formal confirmation and let you know when we need your funds. You’ll start receiving regular updates to keep you fully informed about your investment.
