In 2025 we established a new multi-asset Diversified Fund which eligible new investors are welcome to join. As a Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE), this fund is subject to a low tax rate of 28% per annum. Having a broad mix of commercial property assets also provides multiple income streams, spreads the risk, and gives us greater leverage when it comes to bank financing.

Yes, if they choose to. We hold AGMs for each fund and other meetings may be called at various times which provides an opportunity for investors to get together in person.

Classic Asset Management Limited is contracted to manage each property on our investors’ behalf. They take care of all day-to-day operations including lease negotiations, rent collection, maintenance, insurance and regulatory requirements.

Investors receive a quarterly report from each fund and are invited to attend an AGM each year.

Distributions are paid either quarterly or monthly, depending on the fund’s structure

Exit opportunities can be available via the secondary market and our strategic review mechanism.
