Classic Collectives has entered into a purchase agreement to acquire a property in the highly desirable East Tamaki industrial area to add to our Collectives Diversified Fund (the Fund).

It is intended to grow this Fund over time to include different property types to achieve diversification, risk mitigation and multiple revenue streams whilst providing regular distributions and the potential for capital growth.
