A New Home for NZ Windows

New Zealand Windows’ brand new large industrial site in the popular Tauriko industrial area was recently completed and handed over to the happy new tenants.

Having been in business with Classic Group for 19 years now, it was pretty special to help a long-standing partner realise their vision for this project.

Classic Developments developed the property, with CBC Construction contracted to complete the build. The property was then sold to a syndication of investors by Classic Collectives, who now manage the property.

NZ Windows has been in business since 1990, specialising in the provision of aluminium windows for domestic, architectural, and commercial constructions. The 3,435m2 workshop and 450m2 office space unify the two parts of the business with room for future expansion.

This is another example of how we’re able to leverage Classic Group’s capabilities when required to bring together quality outcomes – a modern and fit-for-purpose office and production space for the client, and a sustainable long-term investment opportunity for commercial property investors.
